YOGHURT & SAUERKRAUT STARTER WORKSHOP

Join the Pantry Culture team to learn about fermenting; what produce can be fermented and some basic rules to remember.

Participants will also enjoy an introduction to yoghurt making, including ingredients and equipment required. All items available for purchase at Pantry Culture's stall in the Harvest Market Village.

GUIDED GIN TASTING & COCKTAIL DEMONSTRATION

THE SWEET STORY OF ETHICAL BEEKEEPING

Join mother-and-daughter ethical beekeepers from Enbom Honey for a behind-the-scenes look at life with the bees. As migratory beekeepers and passionate advocates for local, sustainable food, the team will share what it means to produce honey with integrity and care.

Learn about the natural rhythms of the hive, how different landscapes shape the flavour of honey, and why ethical beekeeping matters for the future of food. Taste the difference, and discover how you can support healthy bees and better food systems.

CREATE ESSENTIAL OIL

Honouring the authenticity of early extraction methods, Owen from Snowy Mountains Eucalyptus Oil will demonstrate the craft of hydro distillation to produce essential oil, hydrosol (floral water) and tannin from fragrant leaves.

Demonstrating the process using a glass still, participants can clearly view the distillation and recovery of extracting essential oil from plant material.

SPARKLING WINE DEMONSTRATION & TASTING

The team at Babche Wines, renowned for their small-batch winemaking without the use of preservatives or additives, demonstrate how they make their delicious sparkling wine, including the art of bottle disgorgement.
