Alice is known for bringing vibrancy and vitality to every plate through great produce and clever cooking. Alice is the author of four internationally bestselling cookbooks, host of TV show 'A Bite to Eat with Alice' and columnist for Good Food and The Guardian.

About Alice:
Alice Zaslavsky is an award-winning author, broadcaster, and veg-forward taste-maker. Born in Tbilisi, Georgia and based in Melbourne, Alice brings a global perspective to her fresh, inclusive food philosophy.
Alice hosts A Bite to Eat on ABC TV, appears regularly on radio and breakfast telly, and writes popular cooking columns in The Guardian and Good Food. In 2025, she was inducted into the MFWF Hall of Fame.
